About the food;

Hareesa Lahori formula by Hurerah Baloch. This wonderful Main Course formula of Hareesa Lahori can be prepared in roughly 30 Minutes and great to serve around 2-4 People. Pursue every one of the means prescribed by Chef to get an ideal dish.Harissa is a traditional Kashmiri dish made with wheat and grains. The specialty of this dish is kabab are added in it for more delicate taste and texture. It’s a favorite spicy dish in our country and the most cooked dish on gatherings and parties.

Fixings

For Harissa;

  • 1 kg lamb
  • 2 onion daintily cut
  • 1 entire garlic bulb don’t strip
  • 2 inch bit of ginger stripped and cleaved
  • 1 cup explained margarine or desi ghee
  • 3/4 cup wheat squashed
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup entire moong daal entire green lentil
  • 1 teaspoon red bean stew powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder haldi
  • salt as indicated by taste

For Kabab;

  • 750 gm mince keema
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic glue
  • 1 onion cleaved
  • 3 tablespoon seekh kabab masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red bean stew squashed
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fricasseeing

Headings

  1. Drench rice and wheat together and bubble until soft.
  2. Drench moong in warm water.
  3. Put all the kabab fixings with the exception of oil in a chopper or nourishment processor. Procedure until very much consolidated.
  4. Take it out in a blending bowl and make finger size kabab.
  5. Warmth oil in a shallow container over medium warmth. Shallow fry kababs until turned brilliant darker.
  6. Expel from the oil and keep aside
  7. Take a huge pot, include meat ,onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red pepper and salt.                                                                                                                                                                    
  8. Include 2 cups of water. Heat to the point of boiling and cook until meat is delicate and it has enough soup in it.
  9. Dispose of garlic and onion.
  10. Include moong daal in it and cook until meat is all soft.
  11. Include rice and wheat in it. Cook and mix for 15 minutes or until very much consolidated.
  12. Mix with a hand blender and include all zest powder. Cook and mix for 20 minutes or until you have haleem like Consistency.
  13. Presently put kababs in it.
  14. Make tarka (bighaar) with explained spread. Include a touch of turmeric and cayenne to give shading.
  15. Put tarka on the harissa.
  16. Dish it out. Embellishment with green chillies. lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Tasty Harissa with Kabab is prepared to serve. Appreciate!!
