Hareesa Lahori formula by Hurerah Baloch. This wonderful Main Course formula of Hareesa Lahori can be prepared in roughly 30 Minutes and great to serve around 2-4 People. The specialty of this dish is kabab are added in it for more delicate taste and texture. It’s a favorite spicy dish in our country and the most cooked dish on gatherings and parties.
- 1 kg lamb
- 2 onion daintily cut
- 1 entire garlic bulb don’t strip
- 2 inch bit of ginger stripped and cleaved
- 1 cup explained margarine or desi ghee
- 3/4 cup wheat squashed
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/2 cup entire moong daal entire green lentil
- 1 teaspoon red bean stew powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder haldi
- salt as indicated by taste
- 750 gm mince keema
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic glue
- 1 onion cleaved
- 3 tablespoon seekh kabab masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red bean stew squashed
- salt to taste
- oil for fricasseeing
- Drench rice and wheat together and bubble until soft.
- Drench moong in warm water.
- Put all the kabab fixings with the exception of oil in a chopper or nourishment processor. Procedure until very much consolidated.
- Take it out in a blending bowl and make finger size kabab.
- Warmth oil in a shallow container over medium warmth. Shallow fry kababs until turned brilliant darker.
- Expel from the oil and keep aside
- Take a huge pot, include meat ,onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red pepper and salt.
- Include 2 cups of water. Heat to the point of boiling and cook until meat is delicate and it has enough soup in it.
- Dispose of garlic and onion.
- Include moong daal in it and cook until meat is all soft.
- Include rice and wheat in it. Cook and mix for 15 minutes or until very much consolidated.
- Mix with a hand blender and include all zest powder. Cook and mix for 20 minutes or until you have haleem like Consistency.
- Presently put kababs in it.
- Make tarka (bighaar) with explained spread. Include a touch of turmeric and cayenne to give shading.
- Put tarka on the harissa.
- Dish it out. Embellishment with green chillies. lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Tasty Harissa with Kabab is prepared to serve. Appreciate!!
